The Euro-American
Network of Human Kinetics was created with the objective
to promote the harmony among people and the conciliation of American
and European institutions of Higher Education, in order to join
efforts for the production, divulgation, diffusion and stimulation
of the scientific research in the knowledge area of education, health,
sports and physical activity.
According
to the legal structure and destination, REMH is
non-profit. All the resources collected are directed to the public
interest within its field of action. The honor commitment of REMH,
as established for its founders in its genesis, is to watch over
the total quality in its associated actions, services and products.
The
objectives of REMH are:
•
To promote the voluntary association of educational, research or
scientific divulgation institutions, national or foreign, as well
as of natural national or foreign persons, interested in general
education and research, or divulgation of science;
•
To make agreements of bilateral and multilateral cooperation with
universities, colleges, institutions, entities, natural or artificial
persons, national or foreign, to promote education, research and
the divulgation of sciences.
•
To promote and edit scientific publications, with or without the
collaboration of other institutions or entities;
•
To indicate participants in examination boards and courts related
to exams of scientific or technological character or evaluation
of final projects.
•
To support, promote and carry out courses on education, science
and technology;
•
To support, promote and carry out higher level courses, including
postgraduate, Lato and Stricto sensu;
•
To support, promote, carry out and take part in scientific congresses,
seminars, panels, conferences, courses and similar activities;
•
To promote, in favor of education, research and divulgation of sciences,
institutional, economic, technical, scientific, human, educational,
cultural, logistic and financial activities, along with taking part
in them;
•
To provide consulting or advisory for natural persons or institutions
that take part or not in the network, in the fields of education,
science and technology;
•
To award prizes and distinctions.
