BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The
Euro-American Network of Human Kinetics – as an International
Non-Governmental Organization – is a voluntary association,
subject to international public or private law, established by means
of international act, of relatively permanent character, endowed
with regulation and agencies with their own board of directors,
as established in its statutes, whose purpose is to reach the common
objectives determined by its constituent members.
The
International Non-Governmental Organizations, once constituted,
acquire independent juristic personality of its constituent members,
being able, therefore, to acquire rights and to contract obligations
in its name and on its behalf, also through the celebration of accords
with other international organizations and institutions, in the
terms of its constituent act.
The
Vienna Convention on Law of Treaties between States and International
Organizations or between International Organizations, in 1986, searched
to discipline the norms of international law applicable to the conventional
power of the international organizations, including the non-governmental
ones.
For the legal institutionalization of the REMH, the Euro-American
Institute of Education and Human Kinetics was created, which is
an association of technical, scientific and cultural character,
without lucrative ends, constituted by indeterminate term, being
conducted by its Statute, elaborated in accordance with the current
law, in special, for the Civil Code, Law nº 10,406, of January
10, 2002.
The Institute was constituted to promote and oversee the development
of the network, being certain that the network will congregate Higher
Education or Scientific Institutions, located in countries of Europe
and the Americas.
